Adcash
Connect Adcash with a Client API token and/or a Reporting API token.
Adcash exposes two separate APIs with two separate tokens. Provide at least one.

What to Enter in AffZero
- Go to Traffic Sources → Add Connection → Adcash
- Paste the token(s) from your Adcash account

What Stats Can You Pull?
Reporting is GET /advertisers/reports grouped by one dimension (optionally a second group_by_2):
Campaign, Country, Date, Week, Zone, Creative, Creative Type, Device Type, OS, Browser, Source, Website Category, Connection Type, Goal.
Metrics typically include impressions, clicks, conversions, spending, and revenue.
