All plans include access to the visual automation builder, the Stats page, email templates, invoice templates, and Runs & Logs.

What counts as a Connection?

A connection is a saved API credential for one tracking platform account. If you have two separate Affise networks (e.g., one for brand A and one for brand B), that counts as two connections.

The Demo connection does not count against your connection limit.

What counts as an Automation?

Any saved workflow in the Automations section — whether enabled or disabled — counts toward your limit. Deleting an automation frees up the slot.

What counts as a Step Execution?

Each time an automation runs, every step in its workflow counts toward the period-based steps-executed limit. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.

What counts as an AI Call?

Each time the AI performs a task, it consumes one AI call:

  • AI Analyze step runs → 1 call
  • AI Extract step runs → 1 call
  • Generate Invoice Number step runs → 1 call
  • Describe It automation builder → 1 call per automation generated
  • Generate with AI button used in email/invoice editor → 1 call
  • AffZero AI chatbot message sent → 1 call

AI calls reset at the start of each billing period.

Schedule Availability by Plan

Not all schedules are available on every plan:

If you downgrade your plan, automations with schedules not available on the new plan will be automatically disabled. You can re-enable them after upgrading again.

Viewing Your Usage

Go to Settings → Usage to see a real-time breakdown of:

  • How many connections and automations you've used vs. your limit
  • Steps executed this period vs. your allowance
  • AI calls consumed this period vs. your allowance
  • Your current plan and billing cycle

Upgrading or Downgrading

Go to Settings → Billing to change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
