Understand what's included in each AffZero plan and how limits work.

AffZero offers three plans designed to grow with your team. Limits apply per organization.

All plans include access to the visual automation builder, the Stats page, email templates, invoice templates, and Runs & Logs.
Starting Out: the 14-Day Trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of Starter. You enter card details up front, nothing is charged during the trial, and it converts to a paid Starter subscription automatically when the 14 days are up. Cancel before then in Settings → Billing and you won't be charged.
Picking Pro or Scale at signup starts a paid subscription right away instead of a trial.
The Free plan is closed to new signups. Accounts already on Free keep it with their existing limits — see Plans & Limits.
What counts as a Connection?
A connection is a saved API credential for one tracking platform account. If you have two separate Affise networks (e.g., one for brand A and one for brand B), that counts as two connections.
The Demo connection does not count against your connection limit.
What counts as an Automation?
Any saved workflow in the Automations section — whether enabled or disabled — counts toward your limit. Deleting an automation frees up the slot.
What counts as a Step Credit?
Each time an automation runs, every step in its workflow consumes one step credit. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.
What counts as an AI Credit?
AI credits are token-weighted — bigger prompts and bigger data sets cost more than small ones. They're consumed whenever the AI does work for you:
- AI Analyze step runs
- AI Extract step runs
- Generate Invoice Number step runs
- Describe It in the automation builder
- Generate with AI button in the email/invoice editor
- AffZero AI chatbot messages
AI credits reset at the start of each billing period. Settings → Billing lists the typical cost of each action.
Schedule Availability by Plan
Every paid plan supports every schedule:

Legacy Free accounts cannot run hourly schedules. If you downgrade to a plan without a schedule you're using, those automations are automatically disabled and can be re-enabled after upgrading again.
Viewing Your Usage
Go to Settings → Usage to see a real-time breakdown of:
- How many connections and automations you've used vs. your limit
- Step credits used this period vs. your allowance
- AI credits used this period vs. your allowance
- Your current plan and billing cycle
Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling
Go to Settings → Billing and use Manage billing to change plan, update your card, or cancel — billing is handled by Paddle, our payment provider. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
